Services Description
Animotions Studio provides 2D animation, Graphic design, Animated videos, Shopify, Shopify Plus, WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Square Space, React, Next JS, and Node.js . We may modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Services at our discretion and without notice.
Eligibility & User Responsibilities
- You represent that you are at least the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction (or have obtained legal consent from a parent or guardian) and you are competent to enter into these Terms.
- You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when engaging our Services or using the Website.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials or information you provide and for all activities that occur under your account or profile (if applicable).

Payment, Fees & Refunds
- In exchange for Services, you agree to pay the fees specified by Animotions Studio (in any quote, invoice or service agreement) in accordance with our payment terms. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are due upon invoice and must be paid in full before final delivery of the Services.
- We may use third-party payment processors; you agree to comply with any required terms of such processor.
- Unless otherwise specified in writing, all payments are non-refundable once work begins. If you cancel a project in progress, you remain responsible for any work already performed and expenses incurred.
- We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but changes will not affect projects already accepted and paid for under existing agreement terms.
Delivery & Revisions
- We will endeavor to deliver Services in accordance with any timelines agreed with you. However, all delivery times are estimates unless explicitly guaranteed in writing.
- Upon delivery, you will have an opportunity to review and request revisions as specified in your service agreement. Additional revisions beyond agreed scope may incur further charges.
- If you do not respond within a reasonable timeframe to our submission for review, we may consider the work approved and final and proceed to invoice.
Warranties & Disclaimers
- We warrant that we will perform the Services in a professional and work like manner.
- Except as expressly provided in these Terms or any written agreement signed by us, the Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available”, and we expressly disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or uninterrupted access.
- We do not guarantee the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted or meet every client expectation.
Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Animotions Studio, its officers, directors, employees, agents or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of business, loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Services or your use of the Website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Our total aggregate liability in respect of any and all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us under the specific service agreement that gave rise to the claim.
Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement for Services (if applicable) according to the termination provisions in the specific service agreement.
- We may also suspend or terminate your access to the Website or Services at our sole discretion, including if you breach these Terms, become insolvent, or we believe your use may cause legal liability or harm to us or any third party.
- Upon termination, your licenses granted herein will immediately cease, you must stop using the Services and Our Content, and you shall pay any outstanding amounts owed to us. Clauses that by their nature survive termination (for example Intellectual Property, Warranties & Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law) shall remain in effect.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective when we post the revised Terms on the Website with an updated 11th November 2025. Your continued use of the Website or Services after such posting constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you should stop using the Website and Services.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dublin, Ireland.
- Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Dublin, in accordance with the rules of courts located in Ireland.
- You and we each waive any right to trial by jury or to participate in a class action (if applicable).
- If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable or invalid by a competent tribunal, that provision will be severed without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with any service agreement, quote, invoice or other document between you and Animotions Studio related to the Services, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations or arrangements (whether oral or written). No additional terms will apply unless expressly agreed by us in writing.
